The Granny Alphabet
A two-volume book in a slipcase, The Granny Alphabet is part photographic love letter to the elderly and part documentation of the dying breed of "little old ladies who live down the lane." Volume 1: Photographs by Tim Walker, verse by Kit Hesketh-Harvey. Volume 2: Illustrations by Lawrence Mynott. Tim Walker is donating all proceeds to Friends of the Elderly.

Walker filmed the artist Linder Sterling's film Forgetful Green, which was premiered at the Frieze Festival 2010 and also aired on Channel 4 in the UK.
The Lost Explorer short film premier
Locarno Film Festival, Switzerland
Walker directed his first short film, based on the novel The Lost Explorer by British Author Patrick McGrath. The cast includes, Richard Bremmer, Olympia Campbell, Julia Davis, Dexter Fletcher, Jessica Hynes and Toby Stephens.
The Lost Explorer was officially selected by The Locarno Film Festival and premiered in Locarno, Switzerland in August 2010 and also screened in Bristol, UK; Rotterdam, Netherlands; Santa Barbara, USA; Seoul, Korea; Poland; Los Angeles, USA; and Newport Beach, USA.
